Breakfast italian style. Believe it or not but the pitcher filled with the red juice is Italy's version of orange juice.

I stayed in a beautiful B&B in Florence. This was the sitting area, as I was the only guest I had it all to myself, it was fabulous.

Such a sweet woman, despite the language barrier, she somehow managed to explain some of the various mystery vegetables she was selling.

It took us a few minutes to figure out what these where, rooster head and neck.

No waste here, you get the whole chicken, head and all.

I guess it does not get any fresher than this, lol!

A couple of cute local butchers, the one in the front saw me taking pictures and gestured for the other guys to look over and smile.
