Flowers and personal messages were left at the foot of the memorial.

Flags were put out to honor all those who lost their lives on 9/11 in the Boston Public Gardens.

This image is from the memorial in Tewksbury, MA. Bricks were purchased from people all over the country. The bricks now form a walkway around the memorial.
